Robby Ware, Operations Manager

Robby, President of Operations, launched his career in the industry more than 25 years ago. Robby is respected for his professionalism, communication skills and positive attitude. Robby leads the company with innovative ideas and the desire to learn something new every day.

Michele Ware, Owner/Operator

Michele has been with Drainfield Solutions since the beginning. Michele handles all of our estimating, human resources, payroll and accounting services.

Robert Woods, Installation & Service Specialist

Robert has been with Drainfield Solutions as an installer for over 10 years with 20+ years of experience in the industry.

Travis Heffler, Installation & Service Specialist

Travis has been with Drainfield Solutions full time for a little over a year and has taken the initiative to learn the skills necessary to inspect, repair and install with ease.

Brandon Hall, Service Technician

Brandon is our all-around technician, from installation to maintenance. Brandon performs full real estate inspections, utilizing locating equipment. Brandon’s background is in the inspection industry, which makes him a valuable teammate.

KayLee Heffler, Business Development

KayLee comes to Drainfield Solutions with 5 years in business, a degree in Applied Sciences, a background in customer service, and a bloodline knowledge of waste and septic services and handles septic installation quotes/estimates.

Sam Gotschalk, Service Technician

Handles Maintenance Inspections, diagnostics and misc repairs.

Kayla-Lyn Roberts, Maintenance Coordinator

Handles Alternative Maintenance accounts, scheduling, billing and misc administrative duties.

Tiffany Sullivan, Administrative Assistant

Handles Real Estate Inspections, pumping schedule, billing and misc administrative duties.
