5. Payment

Payment collected on HUD must be paid within 30 days of inspection. All other payment methods are due at the time of inspection. In the event the serviced property is not closed, payment is due immediately from the responsible party.

Drainfield Solutions tries to accomodate time slots for our clients, but cannot guarantee a specific time. All inspections are scheduled and confirmed upon receipt of request, and no other contract by Drainfield Solutions is made until after the inspection is performed. At least 24 hours' notice is required for cancellation of inspection; cancellation fees will apply.
