Robby Ware, President of Operations has been in the industry for more than 25 years, well known in the industry for his professionalism and communication skills.  Robby leads the company with innovative ideas and the desire to learn something new every day.

Michele "The Principal" Ware, Managing Member has been with Drainfield Solutions since the beginning.  Michele handles all of our estimating, marketing, human resources, payroll & accounting services. The guys joke amongst themselves about having to go to the principal's office.

Robert "Snake" Woods, Installation Specialist has been in the industry for more than 25 years.  Robert leads our teams in the field and instills the importance of Class A installments.  A member of NOWRA and has obtained certifications in all alternative systems. Robert and Robby have been working together for more than 10 years.

Rodney "Muffin" McKenney, Installation Specialist has been with Drainfield Solutions for one and one half years.  Rodney came to us from the Virginia Department of Transportation where he operated numerous types of heavy machinery.  Being a quick learner and trained by the best has put him in the position to be one of our top installers.

Tony "P-Vine" Ferguson, Grading Specialist has been with Drainfield Solutions since the beginning.  Tony is dedicated and hard working.  Tony runs the Takeuchi with grace and ease.  Our guys say that when Tony is on the machine you rarely have to use a rake.

Overton "Oakie" Nelson, Field Supervisor has been with Drainfield Solutions for 3 years.  Oakie sets the pace in the field.  New employees work with Oakie during their trial employment.  If they can keep up with this man they are in for the long haul.

James "T.B.D" Cecil, Project Manager has been with Drainfield Solutions for a short time but comes to us with years of experience in the industry. James will provide leadership and development in the commercial and resedential industry. 

Charlotte "Baby" Seal, Administrative Assistant has been with Drainfield Solutions for a year and has proven to be a team player and a valued asset. 

Dianna "Lady Di" Nelson, Office Manager was with Drainfield Solutions for 2.5 years when diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor.  Dianna ran the office as she ran her home, efficient, neat and everything had its place.  Dianna was known for keeping Robby & Robert on task with all of their messages and appointments.  A detailed person that kept everything filed in its place and could put her hands on it instantly.  Dianna passed away Nov. 29, 2007 but will remain a part of our family forever.
